Refunds

We will refund your order, minus the original shipping cost, if your order is returned to us by customs or the courier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.

What happens if my package is stopped by customs?

Please note that all orders are placed at your own risk. If your package is seized and destroyed by customs, we cannot offer a refund. However, if your package is returned to us by customs, we provide a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Do I have to pay duties?

Yes, you are responsible for paying any import duties levied on your package once it reaches your country. Please consult your local customs office for specific information.

Do you have any special arrangements for Canada?

Yes, we do! If you are asked to pay duties, simply refuse to accept the parcel and contact customer support. Once we verify that the order is returning to us, we will issue an immediate refund. You can then re-order, and hopefully, it will get through next time. This process avoids the long delay in receiving a refund while waiting for your parcel to be returned to our warehouse.
