FUBAR RnR 10g

This is probably my favorite of the FUBAR's. Full disclosure: I have not had the Shot 'o Rum. This is nice, Pretty moist, fine to medium grind and has a nice smooth, round and not fakey apricot scent. A must try (if you enjoy potent snuffs) in my book!

I've had my tub of R 'n R for quite a while now, and I still haven't decided if I love it, hate it, or a little of both. First, the menthol in it is just right for my nose. It's definitely there, but not so overwhelming that it numbs the senses to the other flavors that are in the snuff. The next thing I notice is the strong apricot flavor, and this is where the problem lies. The apricot flavor seems to be more of a dried apricot, than a fresh apricot. I know that most of the world gets their apricots dried, but I have been fortunate to have them available fresh from the tree for my entire life. It's not that the dried apricot smell is bad, it's just not what my nose is expecting when experiencing apricots. The finish on the snuff seems to have a slight detergent smell, which sometimes reminds me of clean laundry, and sometimes just annoys me.

I don't think that I would reorder it in the future, not because it's something I can't bring myself to use, there are just so many snuffs that I enjoy a lot more.

FUBAR is a fitting name for this! WOW! Not for the faint of heart! The menthol hit will wake you up in a hurry, while the apricot lingers for a long time. This is one I keep around for that" jolt" when needed. I definitely recommend trying this snuff if you haven't already. Its on top of my list of favorites.
