Wilsons
Wilsons SP 100 is one hundred percent pure cured aromatic tobaccos flavored after the traditional Sales Pollard recipe. The nicotiana tabacum conveys peaty, smoky and sweet aromas that collaborate with a citrus bouquet of bitter blood orange, refreshing lemon and lime with floral notes of sweet orange blossom as an ending. The mixture creates a well balanced blend that is quite pleasing to the nose. The initial intake provides a sharp bite that quickly abates and leaves all the place to this outstanding interpretation of a classic snuff type. The color of this concoction is light-medium brown with a fine silky grind and medium moisture that provides a major blast of nicotine. This is an excellent representation of a classic snuff type. Well worth trying a pinch but beware this powder may work its way into a daily routine.
Available in several convenient container sizes.

S.P. 100 is a slight variation on Wilsons of Sharrow's classic S.P. formulations. Offering a rather high dose of nicotine from a finely ground, medium-dry base flour, this snuff delivers a balanced blast of lemon peel, bergamot, lime zest, biscuit, straw, wood, grass, moss, dust, and earth impressions that linger in the nose. The nicotine is almost immediately apparent, though it does not come off as harsh or overwhelming. The feel in the nose is silky, rendering this snuff very easy to take in large amounts. While I prefer Best SP, Tom Buck, Gold Label, and Grand Cairo to this snuff, mostly due to perceiving each of them to be sweeter, smoother, deeper and/or more complex, this is still a likable, high-quality S.P. that I would have no difficulty recommending to fans of the style.
