Step 1

Open the can by breaking the seal and giving it a squeeze.

Step 2

Take one pouch and place under your top lip, slightly to the side for a comfortable fit. You can adjust the position with your tongue. Enjoy for up to one hour.

Step 3

When you are ready to remove the pouch, use your tongue or fingers. Dispose of the pouch directly in the bin or in the lid of your can.
